Amy is a consumer centric commercial leader who brings more than 25-years’ experience of brand and portfolio management across skin and hair categories in China. Amy now leads one of Alliances key markets shaping strategy and accelerating performance across Chinas commercial, marketing and ecommerce teams
Amy has held various roles in marketing, brand management and general management across multi-national companies including Unilever, Johnson & Johnson Consumer [now known as Kenvue, L’Oreal, Amore Pacific and Coty.
Amy has successfully driven several business model transformations and brand portfolio innovations to achieve long-term profitable growth for various brands in the Chinese market.

Christina is a commercially driven leader with a strong track record of building brands, growing businesses and shaping modern commerce strategies across consumer health and FMCG markets. Her expertise spans sales, brand development, e-commerce and digital transformation, helping organisations unlock growth by combining consumer insight, data and technology.
Christina's career includes senior leadership roles at Mars, Coty, Nestlé and Unilever, as well as founding and running her own direct-to-consumer fashion business. Working across international markets, she has led large-scale commercial operations, created award-winning e-commerce capabilities and forged strategic partnerships that have accelerated performance and strengthened competitive advantage.

Teresa is a highly accomplished business and brand leader with over 25 years of experience in commercial and general management, specialising in marketing and innovation within the consumer-packaged goods industry with some of most recognised consumer, healthcare and wellness brand.
Before joining Alliance, Teresa held senior leadership roles at Bayer, Mattel, and Johnson & Johnson, where she successfully led brand turnarounds and helped to grow businesses profitably. Most recently, she was General Manager and Vice President Marketing for US Nutritional's and Digestive Health at Bayer, where she increased revenue and improved profitability across multiple brands. Teresa now leads Alliances US Commercial, Marketing and eCommerce team.

Having held senior leadership roles previously at, Mars, LEGO and PepsiCo, Jane has led supply chains across FMCG, consumer healthcare and regulated industries, working within businesses ranging from £50 million to £50 billion in both B2B and D2C environments.
